Totaling over 23,000 SF this Office Depot Shell space located of HWY 610 was constructed with Structural steel and CMU walls. The project included a large detention pond with 9 FT tall masonry walls and loading dock for deliveries.
Hunt and Hunt Manufacturing
This pre-engineered metal building manufacturing facility was a design build project. The project consists of approximately 36,000 SF of manufacturing space including a lobby, 5 offices and a restroom facility with an additional 87,000 SF of heavy-duty paving for product storage. The building features accessibility for full-size eighteen wheeler trucks for loading / unloading materials inside the building.
Saratoga Weber Retail Center
This retail center totals 13,000 SF and is located on the corner of Saratoga and Weber in Corpus Christi, TX. The building is a concrete tilt wall project with Low- E storefront glass and canopy system. The project was constructed over a former gas station requiring consistent SWPP monitoring.
H.E.B Carwash
Several of these Carwashes were completed for H.E.B. in Corpus Christi. The buildings were constructed through a pre-cast concrete system. The concrete panels were poured at the plant and shipped to the site saving the client cost and time. Project was completed in 8 weeks and tight supervision was required to eliminate disruption to patrons.
