Bella Deur Bridal
Bella Duer Bridal was a 1,200 sf interior build out for a new retail store off Weistheimer in Katy, TX. Project included a showroom, changing rooms, offices and a restroom. Murrell Commercial worked directly with the tenant and property manager to ensure the client got the "look" that was desired while maintaing the property manager's tenant improvement allowance. Project was completed within 6 weeks.
West Oaks Nail Salon
This salon was a 2,220 SF interior build out, completed on spec for a retail property owner in Katy, TX. Project included a open work area, rear cleaning station, restroom, two private treatment rooms and an industrial exhaust system for fumes. Project was completed with in 7 weeks. Property owner was able to lease the space to a tenant immediately upon completion.

Smoothie King
This Smoothie King was completed for the University of Houston Recreational Sports Center. It was a 1,200 SF remodel of an existing empty space that was redesigned and configured to fit Smoothie King Standards. Project required full MEP changes and new finishes. Project was completed in 6 weeks.
Altus Surgery Center
Located off Beltway 8 in Houston, Altus Surgery Center wanted to create a post recovery center for patients. We demoed some existing unused offices and tied the recovery area into the existing surgery center layout. Project was completed on weekends and after hours in order to avoid disruption to patients and doctors.
S&S HVAC Equipment
Located off Cypresswood and Little York in Katy, TX this 5,000 SF warehouse had only a few basics before the remodel. While under a tight deadline we were able to design, permit and complete construction with in 8 weeks. The remodel added 1400 SF including 8 new offices,1 new restroom, and 2 new 5 Ton Split HVAC systems. In addition to remodeling the existing 1100 SF interior bringing it up to date, code compliance and the Texas Accessibility Standards.
