Scott Murrell founded Murrell Commercial in 2009. He has over 20 years commercial construction experience managing projects up to $10 Million in value and has completed projects for entities such as Halliburton, New Quest Properties, HEB, the US Army, US Navy, Holiday Inn, Marriott, and Hampton Inn. Primary construction roles have included pre-construction advising, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating subcontracts, evaluating value engineering options and working with developers to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget. Scott is a native Houstonian and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. He enjoys spending time with his Wife and two sons, watching Longhorn Football, Hunting, Fishing and Golf.
