Their Expansion was an adjacent unused space next door to the Doctors existing clinic. The addition encompassed 1700 SF and was completed while practice remained open with limited disruption. The old space was redone with new flooring and paint to match the new Fresh look of the addition. Work Was completed Summer of 2015 |

Executive Eye Care Houston, TX Executive Eye Care is a full service Optometry Clinic located at 1 Shell Plaza Downtown in the Houston Tunnel System. The clinic had been open for 26 years and was in need of updating. Due to the size and scope of work, the practice had to be shut down to complete the construction. As a result time was of the essence to minimize lost revenue. Murrell Commercial worked double shifts with day and night crews to limit the construction timeline and get completed with in 4 weeks. |

Clarity Hearing
The Woodlands, TX 77384 Clarity Hearing is comprehensive Audiology Clinic offering hearing exams, hearing aids, and Hearing aide repair. The clinic is located at St. Luke's MAC III building in The Woodlands. The 1,500 sf build out had a tight construction timeline for a Dr. who needed to move his practice to a new location quickly. Through careful discussions with the tenant building management and Architect we were able to get long lead time items procured in advance and complete the construction in under 6 weeks. |
